In the kids program we focus on self-defense, physical fitness and teach important life skills. Through learning the art of San Soo, students will improve confidence, focus, discipline and learn other fundamentals of self-defense.
They practice strikes (punch and kicks), take-downs, escapes and more to keep them in shape and better protected. Our classes are fast-paced and fun-filled that helps each student grow in a positive, well-disciplined, yet challenging way!
